Work is now completed on our new 15000sq foot extension to house our CNC Machining Facility, the move was complete by the 31/03/2006. Production was maintained throughout the transition of the move to meet customer demand. Along side our Machining Facility we have 2 fully enclosed bays to house our New Chemical Etching Line and our Fully Automated Paint Line, the latter complimenting our growth and investment in our Sheet Metal Facility.

Over the last 3 years Border Precision have been supporting and growing our business as a supplier to Raytheon Systems Ltd, and for 2005 we have won the prestigious Supplier Of The Year award, this has been acheived through the hard work and dedication of or strong workforce and management to acheive this, we will continue to strive to maintain this acheivement in the future. At the event hosted by Raytheon, Border also collected a further 2 awards for the Manufacturing award for Q1 and Q3 2005.

Border Precision Ltd have purchased a new Trumpf TC6000L 3.2KW Laser Punch Combination Cell with automated tool load-unload, also being fully tooled to carry out tapping in cycle. This latest investment of £875000.00 brings Border's spend in 2006 to £1750000.00 on plant and equipment. With the £125000 investment made in our new fully Automated Paint Line with auto degreasing and infra red drying this will strengthen our position in Sheet Metal Manufacturing Globally.

Border Precision Ltd are pleased to announce that we will be fully compliant with the RoHS directive by the 31.12.2005. This is part of our ongoing Environmental Improvement Program. Border Precision Ltd has an Environmental Management System approved to ISO14001.
