Using the latest technology Trumpf TC6000L 3.2KW Laser Punch Combination with automated material handling we can supply high quality express manufactured components. In addition we have an enhanced automated tool load-unload system which being fully tooled, allows us to carry out tapping in cycle. This machine also has the versatility of Laser Cutting in-cycle, which reduces or eliminates tooling costs. Augmenting this we house Trumpf T5000 and T2000 Punch Presses as well as Trumpf and Amada CNC multi axis Press Brakes which allows Border Precision to provide an impressive Sheet Metal Capability for the manufacture of flat and formed panels as well as chassis bases and covers, complex frames and enclosures.

In addition, MiG, TiG and Projection Welding, as well as Robotic Welding, Automatic Inserting and a range of Finishing Processes are available providing a complete Sheet Metal Service. We also have facilities to offer Electro Mechanical Assembly to full-integrated product build.
