With in house Tool Design and Manufacture, Border Precision offers a complete solution for Customer Tooling Requirements. All tools are designed and manufactured to the Customer's Requirements and then run in house utilisng modern power presses.

Tools are designed using the very latest Pro Engineer CAD/CAM. Our design engineers have a wealth of experience in designing multi-stage progression tooling as well as multi-stage pierce and blank tooling.

Using the very latest Fanuc EDM machines backed by a full range of grinding and milling machines as well as an in-house heat treatment facility, tooling is produced and manufactured to the highest standards.
